摘要
利用光学软件仿真的方法分析了积分球涂层特性、不同测量方法对荧光粉荧光外量子效率测量准确性的影响。为提高传统方法的测量精度,提出了基于内置标准散射片于积分球中的准确测定LED荧光粉荧光外量子效率的新方法,制作了专用实验系统,测试结果显示商用的不同LED荧光粉荧光外量子效率存在差距较大,数值在0.744到0.92之间,且实验测试结果和理论仿真规律一致。当积分球吸收系数在1%~5%间变化时,测试系统误差可控制在2%的范围之内。
By using optical software,the measurement accuracy which is affected by different properties of coating material of integrating sphere is discussed.To improve the accuracy of traditional measurement methods,a novel method based on an inner standard scattering board is proposed.The experimental results obtained by homemade apparatus show that the photoluminescence quantum efficiency of different kinds of commercial phosphor for LED ranges from 0.744 to 0.92,which agrees well with the simulation result.When the absorption coefficient of the coating material of integrating sphere varies from 0.01 to 0.05,the measurement error of the system is less than 2%.
