摘要 目的研究苦参化学成分。方法采用柱层析色谱方法对苦参进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从苦参中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为三叶豆紫檀苷(1)、高丽怀素(2)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基-8,9-二亚甲基二氧紫檀素(3)、异去氢淫羊藿素(4)、降脱水淫羊藿素(5)、7,4'-二羟基异黄酮(6)、7-甲氧基-4'-羟基异黄酮(7)、7-甲氧基香豆素(8)。结论化合物7、8为首次从该植物中分离得到,并对化合物4已有报道的碳谱数据进行了补充。 Objective To investigate chemical constituents from Sophora flavescens.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques.And their structures were elucidated with physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results Eight chemical constituents were isolated and identified: trifolirhizin(1),maackiain(2),(-)-4-Hydroxy-3-methoxy-8,9-methyl-lenedioxypterocarpan(3),isoanhydroicaritin(4),noranhydroicaritin(5),daidzein(6),7-methoxy-4′-hydroxyisoflavone(7),7-methoxy coumarin(8),respectively.Conclusion Compound 7 and 8 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and 13C-NMR spectra data of compound 4 were supplemented.
