HPLC法测定胃灵冲剂中芍药苷和甘草苷的含量

Determination of paeoniflorin and licorice glycoside in Weiling granules by HPLC

目的建立胃灵冲剂中芍药苷和甘草苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为HypersilODS2(5μm,4.6 mm×200 mm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%(体积分数)磷酸溶液(体积比14∶86),检测波长为237 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果芍药苷的线性范围为0.114 0～0.570 0μg(r=0.999 3),平均回收率为98.6%(n=6),RSD为0.7%;甘草苷的线性范围为0.211 4～1.057 0μg(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为98.2%(n=6),RSD为1.1%。结论该方法简便准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin and licorice glycoside in Weiling granules by HPLC.Methods The determination was carried out on a Hypersil ODS2（5 μm,4.6 mm×200 mm） column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（14∶86）.The detective wavelength was set at 237 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin and licorice were 0.114 0-0.570 0 μg（r=0.999 3）and 0.211 4-1.057 0 μg（r=0.999 5）.The average recovery rations of paeoniflorin and licorice were 98.6% and 98.2%,RSD were 0.7% and 1.1%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,suitable for quality control of the drug.
