CpG-ODN抗肿瘤增敏作用的研究进展

CpG-ODN: a novel anti-tumor sensitizer

CpG寡脱氧核苷酸(CpG oligodeoxynucleotides,CpG-ODNs)在放、化疗及外科治疗中的应用,不仅提高了治疗效果,还能提高患者的免疫力,降低发生并发症的风险,改善患者的生活质量。本文简单介绍CpG-ODN的基本概念、结构、作用途径及其抗肿瘤免疫活性,重点介绍近几年来CpG-ODN作为一种新的抗肿瘤增敏剂,联合放、化疗及外科治疗在肿瘤治疗中的应用,并对CpG-ODN的安全性进行了分析,提出CpG-ODN作为抗肿瘤增敏剂的研究展望。

CpG oligodeoxynucleotide（CpG-ODNs）,which is widely used in radiotherapy,chemotherapy and the surgical treatment,can enhance treating effects,improve the patients＇ immunity,reduce the risk of complications and improve patients＇ quality of life.The basic concept,the structure,the functioning mechanism and anti-tumor effects of CpG-ODN are introduced.The application of CpG-ODN as a novel anti-tumor sensitizer in the tumor treatment with combination of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and surgical operation is specially discussed.
