摘要 系统硬件延迟是GPS区域电离层延迟中TEC求取的主要误差源。计算结果表明,接收机的GPS系统硬件延迟最大可达100TECU。因此在利用GPS测量TEC时,必须尽可能准确地计算出GPS系统的硬件延迟,并将其作为常量加以扣除,但前提条件是系统硬件延迟要在一定时间内比较稳定。该文利用IGS连续跟踪站的观测数据对硬件延迟的稳定性进行分析研究。结果表明:GPS系统硬件延迟在短时间内具有比较好的稳定性。 The system instrumental bias is the main error source of TEC in GPS regional ionospheric delay. The results show that the receiver's GPS hardware delay can be up to 100TECU. Therefore, when using GPS data to calculate TEC, GPS system hardware delay must be calculated as accurately as possible, and is deduct- ed as a constant with the prerequisite that the system hardware delay is relatively stable in a certain period. The stability of GPS system hardware delay is analyzed and studied using the observation datum of IGS continu- ous observation station. The results prove that the GPS system hardware delay has good stability in a short peri- od.
