摘要
PAE湿强剂的固含量和效果的提高是目前中国市场亟待解决的问题。本文利用廉价的改性剂N取代己二酸,合成了一种固含量为25%的新型湿强剂,讨论了反应温度、pH、单体配比等因素对湿强剂的稳定性及应用效果的影响。合成的新型湿强剂与市场上的某品牌湿强剂做了应用性能的对比,结果表明:合成的新型湿强剂的湿强度和干强度效果明显高于市场上湿强剂。
To increase the solid content of polyamide-polyamine epichlorhydrin(PAE) wet strength agent and its application is an urgent problem in China.A new solid content of 25% of wet strength agent was synthesized by a modifier N to replace adipic acid.Then the effects of temperature,pH,monomer ratio on the stability of the wet strength agent were discussed.The contrast between the novel wet strength and one product of a brand on the market show that both dry and wet strength of the former are significantly higher than those of the latter.
