CMC对纤维的吸附和阳离子淀粉对纸张协同增强作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了使纤维表面获得更多的带电基团,用CMC在温度为70℃,pH为7,浆浓为5%,电解质溶液CaCl2为0.05mol/L,反应时间为60min的条件下处理DQP漂白的竹浆,并将纤维电荷的增加量与打浆进行比较,发现这种改性比打浆能更有效地增加纤维表面电荷,并且节省能量。再将处理过的纤维与阳离子淀粉接触,经过双重处理后得到的手抄片的抗张指数呈上升趋势。 The CMC treatment is used as a method to increase the surface charge of the cellulose.By comparing the effects of these treatments with beating,it is proved that the method is more effective in improving the surface charge of the fiber.The CMC-modified fibres were then treated with cationic starch,the results show that there is a very strong synergistic action between the CMC and the cationic starch.
