2011年国际供电会议共分6个专业组进行交流。其中配电网电力市场及监管对其的影响专业组共接受85篇论文。论文内容主要包括:智能电网方案,电力市场和监管目前的状态及未来预期;智能计量的现状及发展趋势;电动汽车对电力的需求响应及其对商业的影响;信息系统、价格和收费、资产管理、组织4个部分。
Six sessions including in the CIRED 2011,a record number of 85 papers have been selected for the session of distribution business impact of regulation.Four blocks retained for the organization of this main session they are smart grid programs,present state and future expectations of regulation of DSOs and electricity markets;experiences of smart metering and future trend;impact of electrical vehicles and demand response on distribution business;and information systems,pricing tariffs,asset management,organizations.
