重点介绍了矿热炉纵向电容补偿装置的原理及在运行中自主调节补偿电容容量的功能。免去了繁杂的补偿电容调节控制系统,提高了系统的稳定性及可靠性,解决了矿热炉过补偿或欠补偿的问题。采用纵向电容补偿后的功率因数,高且稳定,入炉功率增加,变压器使用效率提高,电炉增产作用明显,投入回报率高。
Focus on longitudinal capacitance compensation in the submerged arc furnace;its operational principle and self-regulation function of capacitance compensation are researched.The complex capacitance compensation control system is cancelled,and the system stability and reliability are improved.The problems of capacitance over compensation or under-compensation are solved.The higher and stable power factor is obtained by longitudinal capacitance compensation device,and the power put into furnace is greatly increased.Furthermore,the operation efficiency of potential transformer is enhanced,and the production increasing effect is obvious with high ratio of output on investment.
