摘要 管线保温结构在使用一定时间后,由于施工质量、材料性能、人为踩踏以及大风等因素的影响,其保温结构存在个别热工缺陷。热工缺陷位于外表面温度与热流密度较附近区域高。目前,国内外管线保温结构热工缺陷的判断方法及判断指标方面的研究较少,借鉴建筑围护结构热工缺陷的判断方法,研究探讨管线保温结构热工缺陷的判断方法及指标,为管线保温结构热工缺陷的判断提供理论基础。 After being used for a certain time, pipeline insulation structure disfigurement due to the influence of construction quality, material properties, The outward surface temperature and heat flux at the position of thermodynamic appears individual thermodynamic human trample, wind and so on. disfigurement are higher than the region nearby. At present, there are fewer studies on the judging method and indexes of thermodynamic disfigurement about pipeline insulation structure at home and abroad. The judging method is studied and indexed of thermodynamic disfigurement about pipeline insulation structure by using the judging method of building envelope structure for reference and provides theoretical basis for the judging about thermodynamic disfigurement of pipeline insulation structure.
