摘要
为了提高轧钢性能,根据中厚板轧机的实际参数,建立了轧机主传动系统的2自由度非线性扭振模型,运用近似解析法,求出了系统共振区的一阶近似解及频率响应方程。采用Matlab软件,对系统进行仿真计算,根据得到的幅频响应曲线,分析了非线性因素对系统稳定性影响的规律。
In order to improve the performance of steel rolling,according to the actual parameters of the heavy and medium plate mill,the torsional vibration two-freedom nonlinear model of the rolling mill main drive system is established.By applying approximate analysis method,the first-order approximate solution and frequency response equation of system resonance region are obtained.By adopting MATLAB software,this paper simulated and calculated the system analyzed the rule of nonlinear factors on the stability of the system on the basis of amplitude frequency curves.
