摘要
参考工作要求—资源模型,对292名IT业员工进行了问卷调查,对结果进行了相关分析和中介效应分析,从而探讨了心理因素与生理因素之间的关系,研究了工作特征、职业倦怠与员工健康自评这几个变量,结果显示:情绪衰竭是工作要求和健康自评的中介因素,职业倦怠对健康自评有显著的负面影响。
According to the Job Demands-Resources model,the 292 IT employees were investigated with questionnaires survey,the related analysis and mediation analysis were conducted to the results.Thus this article discusses and explores the relationship between psychological factors and physical factors,researches several variables including job characteristics,job accidie and employees' health self-rate.The result shows that the emotional exhaustion is the mediating factor of job demands and health self-rate,and job accidie has negative impact on health self-rate.
