深圳市福田区公共场所从业人员不良建筑综合症状况调查分析

Investigation And Analysis On Getting Sick Building Syndrome Among The Employees In Public Places In Futian District,Shenzhen City

目的了解深圳市福田区公共场所从业人员不良建筑综合症(SBS)现状,分析和探讨影响身体健康的各种因素,为评价、改善和保护公共场所从业人员身体健康提供科学依据。方法随机抽取2009～2010年间公共场所从业人员519人进行健康状况问卷调查,同时选择其中的50名调查对象进行问卷的重测信度评价。结果公共场所从业人员不同程度地出现不良建筑综合症,并且与装修时间有较为密切的关系。不同装修时间内从业人员的不良建筑综合症发生率存在差异。结论公共场所从业人员健康状况不容乐观。不良建筑综合症的发生受多种因素影响,与装修时间高度关联。

Objective To investigate the status of getting sick building syndrome（SBS） among the employees in public places in Futian district,Shenzhen city,analyze and explore the factors affecting people＇s health,and provide a scientific evidence for evaluating,improving and protecting the employees＇ health in public places.Methods A total of 519 employees in public places between 2009 and 2010 were randomly selected and investigated with a questionnaire about the health condition.Meanwhile,50 of them were selected to evaluate the re-tested reliability of the questionnaire.Results The employees in public places had SBS with different degree,and the degree of SBS had a close relationship with the decoration time.Obvious difference in the SBS incidence was found among the employees of different decoration time.Conclusion The health condition of the employees in public places was not optimistic.The SBS-occuring was influenced by kinds of factors,and it was highly associated with the decoration time.
