冷却管路泄漏监测技术研究

Study on Monitoring the Leakage of Cooling-pipeline

水冷散热是雷达散热设计中的常用方法,漏水等安全隐患常常难以避免,如何实时地监测管道,及时发现系统的安全隐患,定位泄漏点,使灾害不至于扩大,降低因漏水而带来的损失,成为大型相控阵雷达水冷系统设计中的重要内容,也是大型相控阵雷达热设计研究的重要方向。文中结合供水、供油等领域管路泄漏监测技术,对目前常用的管路泄漏监测方法进行了总结,针对雷达水冷系统结构设计的特点,提出了可应用于工程实际的雷达管路在线监测方法。

Water-cooling is the main method of the thermal design of radar,and water leakage is a dangerous problem which is difficult to avoid.How to monitor the pipeline leakage on line,finding the location of leakage as soon as possible,reducing the loss and controlling the disaster enlargement are the important contents and development direction of the thermal design of radar in the future.In this paper,the leakage monitoring in the field of water and oil supply is summarized and a new method of water leakage monitoring is suggested.
