摘要
AlSiC(铝基碳化硅)复合材料具有优异的力学性能和物理性能,在航空航天、汽车、电子、军事等领域被广泛应用。文中综述了近年来国内外铝基碳化硅复合材料的单一加工技术和复合加工技术的研究进展和应用情况,并结合作者近几年的研究成果提出了一种高效、经济的ALSic复合材料精密加工技术。
The AlSiC composite material has been widely used in the fields of aerospace,automobile,electronics and military.It is due to its excellent mechanical and physical properties.Current development and applications of simple machining technology and complex machining technology of AiSiC composite material are summarized in this paper.
