摘要
为了研究钣金件的折弯系数,得到任意角度折弯系数的明确公式,文中总结多年工作经验,掌握了厚2.5 mm以内3类钣金材料(钢板、铝板以及不锈钢板)折弯的一般规律,并归纳出折弯系数的计算公式。该公式能很方便地计算出任何角度(特别是非常规角度)的折弯系数,而不需要进行试折,能实现钣金件的快速及精确制作,可为钣金工艺人员提供参考。
Years of work experience is concluded in this paper so as to study the bending modulus of the sheet metal and get the specific formula of the bending modulus of any angle.The general law of the bending modulus of three kinds of sheet(carbon steel,aluminum steel and stainless steel) metals whose thicknesses are within 2.5 mm is found.And the formula of any angle for those materials is concluded.With this formula the bending modulus of any angle(especially the irregular angle)can be calculated conveniently without any bending test.Thus the sheet metal can be made quickly and accurately.It can be referred to by sheet metal technologists.
