摘要
提出了一种基于ER模型的自动装配设计方法。根据机械系统和零件的特点,建立了机械系统和零件的ER模型;分析机械系统和零件的ER模型,建立了机械系统和零件的数据库表结构,通过数据库表结构描述了机械系统的拓扑关系和基本属性,实现系统的自动装配设计。基于Pro/Engineer软件提供的Pro/Toolkit二次开发工具,给出了一个电源机箱自动装配设计实例。
The article presents a general method of auto-assembly design based on entity relationship model.The ER model of mechanical system and its parts is obtained according to their characteristics.The database table structure of mechanical system and its parts is established based on the ER model.The database describes the topology and basic attributes of mechanical system,thus implementing auto-assembly design.As an example,an instance of auto-assembly of power-supply box is given,which is established based on Pro/Toolkit of Pro/Engineer.
