摘要
射频功率放大器作为读卡器射频部分的核心部件,它的性能好坏对读卡器的性能起着决定性的作用。本文设计了一个频带902~928MHz、输出功率为32dBm和增益高达42dB的射频功率放大器。整个功率放大器由三级组成,前置级功率放大器采用最高线性度设计,对整个功率放大器线性度指标的提高起着关键性的作用;驱动级采用WJA1001芯片,功率增益可以达到19dB;为整个功放系统实现高增益奠定了坚实的基础;末级功率放大器采用平衡式放大结构,这种设计方法使得整个功放系统在工作频带内实现了超低的增益平坦度。仿真和测试结果表明所设计的功率放大器完全满足设计指标要求,可以很好地应用在RFID系统中,从而改善系统的性能。
RF power amplifier as part of the core components of the RF reader, its performance is good or bad performance on the reader plays a decisive role.
