摘要
介绍了一种基于C8051F单片机的汽车超载实时控制系统,分析了该系统的原理及其软、硬件设计。系统具有信号获取与处理、无线通信、LCD液晶显示以及报警和停车控制等功能。通过对车辆承重梁特定受力点的实时受力检测,监测车辆载重的正常与否,并进行显示报警和停车控制,大大提高了汽车行驶的安全性,减少了车辆超载对公路的损害,有利于降低相关交通事故发生率。
A real-time overload control system of automobile based on C8051F MCU is presented, and it’s measuring principle and design of hardware and software are analyzed. This system can complete signal acquisition and processing, the wireless communication, LCD displaying, alarming and park controlling and so on. Through real-time stress testing for vehicle load-bearing beams force of specific point, it can monitor whether the vehicle load is normal or not, arouse alarm equipment, and the car parking control. By this method, the control system can greatly improve the automobile driving safety, and cut down the overloaded vehicles damages for highway. Thus it can reduce the incidence of traffic accidents.
