In the process of social management innovation,the public security department should seek the truth from facts,advance with times,broaden mode of thinking,innovate the work ways and promote the stature;at the meantime,we should deal with many relationships properly,such as democracy and politics,freedom and order,inheritance and development;we also should insist on the idea that we manage state affairs according to law and promote the innovation of the system;strengthen the social management and guarantee the right by law,carry forward the politics superiority and draw on the culture achievement,unite the information dominant policing and police quality promotion.
