摘要
以16个抗病品种和2个感病品种为试验材料,配制抗×感杂交组合,采用真叶期人工接种SMV鉴定F1、F2植株抗性的方法,研究了抗病大豆品种对SMV的抗性基因对数。结果为Marshall、大白麻、齐黄1号、灌水铁荚青、铁丰18含有1对抗病基因,Merit、科系8号、诱变30、Kwanggyo、雷电、S97、吉农5号、吉林21、吉林24含有2对抗病基因,鲁豆4号含有3对抗病基因,凤交6612可能含有3对或3对以上抗病基因。
Sixteen resistant varieties and two susceptible varieties of soybean were used to make populations of F1 and F2. Resistance identification in these populations was conducted by artificial inoculation to explore the pairs of resistance genes in varieties of soybean. The results showed that Marshall, Dabaima, Qihuang 1, Guanshuitiejiaqing or Tiefeng 18 contains one pair of resistant gene; Merit, Kexi 8, Youbian 30, Kwanggyo, Leidian, S97, Jinong 5, Jilin 21 or Jilin 24 contains two pairs of resistant genes; Ludou 4 contains three pairs of resistant genes; Fengjiao 6612 may have three or more pairs of disease-resistant genes.
