基于C8051F310的电动机三相电流检测与保护系统

System of Motor three phase current measure and protection Based on C8051F310

针对三相异步电动机三相电流检测与保护的问题,对C8051F310单片机应用于三相电流检测系统进行了研究,采用电流互感器与整流电路相配合,把电流信号变换为电压信号,以便于单片机采集。考虑电动机故障运行时,电流对电器设备与电动机自身的影响,设计了保护电路,由ULN2003驱动继电器工作。此外,系统扩展了一片AT24C512数据存储器,以备用户采集历史数据进行细致的分析。

For the problem of three-phase current testing and protection of three-phase asynchronous motor,the paper researches system based on the C8051F310,which uses current transformer and rectifier circuit and converts current signal into voletage signal in order to SCM acquisition.Considering the influence of current to electrical equipment and motor when motor is in fault operation,the paper designs protection circuit and the ULN2003 drives electric relay to work.The system expands a AT24C512 data storage for users who can analvsis the historical datas.
