高校图书馆的服务创新是为适应不断变化的技术环境和日趋个性化的读者需求,应用现代的信息技术及先进的管理方法与管理手段,系统地组织图书馆各类资源的一种积极主动的服务方式。从服务资源、服务方式、服务手段以及技术支撑等几个方面入手,指出了高校图书馆服务创新的方向。

The innovative service of university library is an active service manner of organizing systematically library’s various resources by applying modern information technology and advanced management methods and means for adapting to the constantly changing technical environment and increasingly personalized readers’ demands. This paper points out the direction of service innovation of university library from aspects of the service resources, service modes, service means, and technical supports, etc.
