Socialist modernization construction needs a large number of high quality persons. Quality education has already become a reform goal of China’s higher education and the need of times development. University library,being as a learning, cultural and educational center,must fully realize its own status and role in quality education for university students, positively construct harmonious library, and promote the quality education for university students.
