摘要
公共图书馆的基础服务是图书借阅工作中最重要的工作内容。从服务失误、服务冲突、读书活动、服务品牌4个方面阐述了对公共图书馆基础服务工作的认识,并介绍了国外各大图书馆的服务目标与理念。
The basic service of public library is the most important working content of library’s circulation work. This paper expounds the connotations of public library’s basic service from four aspect of the service failure, service conflict, reading activity and service brand, and introduces the targets and concepts of the services of some big libraries in foreign countries.
