This paper introduces the application of MODEL 1221 in the design of full tilt angle sensor （0°～360°）, and connecting with the relationship between the direction of sensing axis and the direction of gravity acceleration of acceleration meter, and through the control function of MCU, completes the software and hardware design of tilt angle sensor, and realizes the miniaturization, integration and intellectualization of tilt angle sensor.
