Analysis on the Installation Techniques for Induction Furnace

感应炉安装包括辊道输送系统、翻钢机、开关/线圈柜、液压站,其主要功能是为扩孔机及挤压机提供合格的管坯料。感应炉安装质量是实现感应炉各项功能的基础,高质量的安装有赖于科学的施工组织和合理的安装工艺。从设备的卸车吊装、安装工作的前提条件、安装程序等方面总结了感应炉安装过程中的注意事项。

The installation of induction furnace includes the installation of roller conveyor system, tilting gear, switch/coil ark and hydraulic unit, the main functions of which are to provide qualified tube billet for broking machine and extruder. The instalation quality of induction furnace is the base for realizing each function of induction furnace, and the high-quality installation relies on scientific construction organization and reasonable installation technique. This paper sums up some matters needing attention in the installation of induction furnace from aspects of equipment’s unloading and hoisting, pre-conditions of installation work, and installation procedures, etc.
