摘要 推移框架是液压支架的重要组成部分,是液压支架的关键部件和易损件,推移框架的结构决定着液压支架的质量和使用效果。对推移框架两侧护板与推移油缸连接部分容易扭曲变形的问题进行分析研究,并且对其强化设计,使该机的适应性、可靠性得到较大的改进。 The traction frame, is an important part of hydraulic support, and also is a key component and quick-wear part of hydraulic support,and the structure of the moving frame determines the quality and using effect of hydraulic support. This paper makes the analysis and research on the problem of that the distortion of the connection part between the guard plates on both sides of the moving frame and the moving cylinder easily occurs, and makes the augmented design for it so that the machine’s flexibility and reliability are greatly improved.
