对东盟劳务合作法律问题思考

Thinking of East Union labor cooperation legal problem

中国与东盟双方劳务合作迅速发展,随着双方经济合作从"浅水"逐渐走向"深海",双方合作的方式出现了新的动向,同时法律体系复杂、境外劳务纠纷得不到有效解决等问题也日益明显。笔者认为首先应当在对外服务管理上下工夫,使信息有效化、系统化,解决劳务合作者不能解决的信息爆炸和信息不对称的问题,应当建立信息化的对外劳务合作的法律纠纷预警机制,加以规范。

Trade in Services between china and ASEAN is developing quickly.As the economic cooperation of both sides moves towards＂the deep sea＂from＂shallow＂ gradually,a new tendency has appeared in the way of cooperation.Complex legal system and foreign labor disputes dont have an effective solution to such problems has become increasingly evident.In my opinion,we must work hard in the external service management and build a effective information system.Establish Early warning mechanism of legal property is the best way to solve the information explosion and information asymmetry.
