摘要 目的探讨概念图的临床教学对护理本科学生评判性思维能力的影响。方法在妇产科教学中应用概念图进行教学,在概念图的临床教学前后用中文版评判性思维倾向量表测量并比较32名护理本科学生的评判性思维能力。结果采用概念图教学后学生的评判性思维能力总分、开放思想和系统化能力维度得分较干预前提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论概念图的临床教学有助于提高护理本科学生评判性思维能力。 Objective To investigate the effects of the clinical teaching of concept map on critical thinking abilities of baccalaureate nursing students.Methods The concept map teaching was applied among 32 nursing students in the teaching of Obsterics and Gynecology. Before and after implementing concept map clinical teaching and using the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory - Chinese Version ( CTDI - CV) among those students, their critical thinking abilities were assessed. Results After receiving the clinical teaching of concept map, the total score of critical thinking abilities and the scores of open - mindedness di- mension and systematism dimension of the students were 'all significantly higher than before ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of concept map in the clinical teaching can increase undergraduate nursing students'critical thinking abilities.
