摘要
目的探讨"定职联合弹性调配"人力资源管理方法对提高医生对护士工作满意度的效果。方法采用"定职联合弹性调配"的排班管理方法,即根据不同时间段急诊科工作量,定职搭配护士联合弹性机动调配人力资源,比较实施前后医生对护士工作的满意度。结果实施后医生对护士的观察与判断、抢救意识、抢救的准确性、操作速度、医护配合、技术水平、抢救记录、协调管理8项指标满意度提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 "定职联合弹性调配"排班管理方法能提升救治能力,保证救治急危重症患者护理质量,提高医生满意度。
Objective To explore the human resource management model to promote the satisfaction rate of dators with nurses" work. Methods Thescheduling management model of "job orientation, combination, and flexible deployment" was adopted,which the human resources of emergency departments were flexible to allocate nurses according to the workload in different periods. The satisfaction rate of doctors with nurses'work was collected and compared before and after the reform. Results The satisfaction rates of index with the 8 aspects which were the doctors to the observation and judgment, the awareness of rescue, the accuracy of rescue, the apeed of operationg,the cooperation of doctors and nurses,the level of technology, the rescue's records and the coordination of management of nurses were increased after the implementation. The differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The scheduling manage- ment model of "job orientation, combination, and flexible deployment" can promote the ability of rescue, ensure nursing quality of treatment in severe cases and increase the satisfaction rate of doctors with nurses'work.
