马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液中羟苯乙酯含量测定方法研究

The Study on the Content Determination of Ethylparaben in Timolol Maleate Eye Drops

目的:用高效液相色谱法测定马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液中羟苯乙酯的含量。方法:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈∶水(40∶60)为流动相;流速为1mL/min;检测波长为254nm;进样量为20μL。结果:羟苯乙酯在3.048～24.384μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,Y=125.4173X-23.4622,r=0.9999;回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.66%。结论:该法操作简便,快速、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液中羟苯乙酯的含量测定。

Objective：To determine the content of ethylparaben in the timolol maleate eye drops by HPLC.Methods：18 alkyl silane bonding silica gel was taken as the filling agent;the mobile phase was acetonitrile ：water （40∶60）;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was at 254 nm;the injection volume was 20 μL.Results：Calibration curves of ethylparaben ranging from 3.048～24.384 μg/mL had a good linearity （Y=125.417 3X-23.462 2,r=0.999 9）.The recovery was 99.8% （RSD=0.66%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,fast,and accurate with high sensitivity and good repeatability.It can be used for the content determination of ethylparaben in the timolol maleate eye drops.
