通过对药品召回成本的构成分析,指出制药企业应该采取"增强诚信意识、树立药品质量源于设计的理念、加强药品质量管理、建立专家数据库、做好药品监测、进行全过程成本控制、建立药品管理信息集成系统、做好企业危机公关、增强经济实力"等措施,为制药企业加强召回成本管理和改进应对措施提供参考。

In order to provide reference for pharmaceutical enterprises to strengthen the cost management of drug recall and take appropriate countermeasures,the cost structure of drug recall was analyzed and proposals were put forward indicating that pharmaceutical enterprises should take measures to enhance the sense of integrity,set up the concept of drug quality originating from the design,strengthen the quality control of drugs,conduct the drug monitoring and the whole process cost control,establish the expert database and integrated information system of drugs management,take actions on the enterprise public relations in crisis and increase the economic strength.
