摘要
口头表达能力是指用口头语言来表达自己的思想、情感,以达到与人交流目的的一种能力。日常生活交往中,人们更多的是使用口头语言,所以,口头语言比书面语言起着更直接、更广泛的交际作用。教师的口头语言在很大程度上决定着学生的课堂学习效率和效果,影响着教师教育管理工作的说服力度。我校在长期教学实践中逐渐形成了语文教育专业"一体化三层次八训练"职业技能训练体系,"八训练"中的"一读一讲",即朗读和演讲就是专门针对提高语文教育专业学生口语表达能力而精心设计的精彩环节。本文认为口语表达能力是语文教师的职业生命线,进而讨论了朗读与演讲在语文教师培养中的功用。
Oral expressing ability is an ability of communicating with others by expressing one's thought and emotion.In our daily contacts,spoken language is used more than written language,so spoken language is more direct and wider than written language.A teacher's spoken language largely determines the learning efficiency and effect of the students,and impacts the teacher's education management.Our training system of vocational skills for Chinese language education has formed in the practice of teaching,which we is called "all-in-one,three levels,eight trainings" system.In the eight trainings,reading and talking are well-designed to progress the oral expressing ability for the Chinese language education students.This paper believes that the oral expressing ability is the lifeline of career for a Chinese teacher,and discusses the function of reading and talking in the Chinese teachers' training.
