规范化开展移植领域干细胞诱导治疗的临床试验
摘要
干细胞(stem cell)是一类具有自我更新、高度增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞群体,它们可以通过细胞分裂维持自身细胞群的大小,同时又可以进一步分化成为各种不同的组织细胞。经过30多年基础研究,取得了突破性进展:1981年,英国剑桥大学和美国加州大学旧金山分校实验室分别从小鼠胚囊中分离出胚胎干细胞,为干细胞克隆研究奠定了基础;1997年,以“多利”羊为代表的生物克隆技术问世;
