60岁以上老年患者肾移植的现状

摘要 老年人终末期肾功能衰竭（ESRD）的患病率随着年龄的增长而增加。2009年美国联邦肾病数据系统（USRDS）的流行病学资料显示，60岁以上的ESRD患者高达251116例，是ESRD患者中增长最快的人群跚。1999年ESRD患者中60岁以上者已经超过50％。
