肢体残疾成人生存质量及影响因素分析

Quality of life and influencing factors in physical disabled adults

目的探讨城区肢体残疾成人的生存质量(quality of life,QOL)及其影响因素。方法采用SF-36、SSRS等量表对843例城区肢体残疾成人进行评定,并与200名正常健康人进行对照。结果肢体残疾成人QOL评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);家庭和社会支持少、重残、年龄轻、未婚、性格内向的残疾人QOL差。多因素逐步回归分析显示影响患者QOL的主要因素依次为残疾等级、居住情况、工作状况、收入情况。结论肢体残疾成人的QOL全面低下,影响因素是多方面的。应加大对残疾人的关怀照顾,提高其QOL。

Objective To investigate the quality of life （QOL） and influencing factors in physical disabled adults. Method： The quality of life in 843 cases of physical disabled adults and 120 healthy controls was surveyed by using MOS 36-item short-form health survey（ MOS SF-36） and social support rating scale（SSRS）. Results The QOL scores were much lower in the physical disabled adults than those of healthy controls （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the QOL scores were lower in the physical disabled adults of inadequate family and social support, severe disability, younger age, single and introvert. Multiple stepwise regressions showed that the main factors influencing QOL were disability level, living conditions, social support, working conditions. Conclusion The quality of life in physical disabled adults is generally low, which is influenced by many factors.
