β-休止蛋白的信号转导机制及其对平滑肌的作用

摘要 β-休止蛋白(β-arrestin)广泛分布于各种组织和细胞中,是重要的信号调控蛋白和支架蛋白。β-arrestin可以作为负性调控分子调节G蛋白耦联受体(G-protein-coupled receptor,GPCR)的信号转导,可以作为受体信使把信息传入细胞核,能与转录因子协同调节蛋白合成,介导胰岛素信号通路中信号复合物的形成,参与调节平滑肌的活动。本文将综述β-休止蛋白的信号转导机制及其对平滑肌的作用。 β-arrestins are a family of important signaling adapter proteins and scaffold proteins,which are distributed widely in various kinds of cells and tissues. β-arrestins act as the negative regulators of G-protein-coupled receptor(GPCR) signaling transduction, transmit the information to the nucleolus as the receptor messenger, regulate the protein synthesis associated with transcription factors, mediate the form of the signal complex in the insulin signaling pathway and regulate the activities of the smooth muscle and so on. In this article, the signal transduction of β-arrestin and its effect on smooth muscle are reviewed.
