急性冠脉综合征患者缺血性J波与心脏事件之间的关系探讨

Exploration of the relationship between ischemic J wave and cardiac events in acute coronary syndrome

[目的]探讨急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者缺血性J波与心脏事件之间的关系,分析伴缺血性J波的ACS患者的预后。[方法]选择住院的急性冠脉综合征患者112例,心电图显示J波的为J波组,共58例,无J波的为对照组,共54例,分析比较两组发生心脏事件的情况。[结果]J波组与对照组相比,发生室性心动过速、心室颤动、心脏性猝死者多(P<0.05)。[结论]伴有缺血性J波的ACS患者预后不良,易发生严重的心律失常。

[ Objective] To explore the relationship between ischemic J wave and cardiac events in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS） ,and analyze the prognosis of ACS accompanied with ischemic J wave. [ Methods] Clinic conditions of 112 cases of ACS were divided into two groups,58 cases with J wave in J group and 54 cases without J wave in control group. Their cardiac events were compared. [ Results ] The data showed that the J - wave - positive group had higher indices than the control group as follows, ventficular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation and cardiac sudden death （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] The prognosis of ACS accompanied with ischemic J wave is very poor, and severe arrhythmia occurs more easily.
