创伤性脑损伤中的颅内压、脑血管以及意识恢复
摘要
尽管在神经外科重症监护室中医生普遍关注的指标多为颅内压（intracranialpressure，ICP）或瞳孔反应等，但根本目的都是脑功能的恢复。事实上，由于颅内压增高对机体不利，医生常花费时间和精力监测ICP，来保护损伤的脑组织，并力求意识完全恢复和脑功能恢复。
