摘要
本文介绍了涂料染色、印花低温快速焙固催化剂ATS的合成工艺,并对其应用性能作了探讨。结果表明,在涂料染色、印花低温快速焙固工艺中,采用催化剂ATS不但具有高于应用较广的氯化镁/柠檬酸组合催化剂的催化活性等优点,而且解决了氯化镁/柠檬酸应用中存在的色浆不稳定、pH值变化大、工艺难以控制;织物的pH值、强力下降较大;不能与阴离子型合成增稠剂PTF配伍使用等问题。
The author introduces the synthetic process of low-temperature rapid curing catalyst ATS for pigment dyeing and printing,and discusses about its performances. The obtained results show that ATS is not only greatly catalytically active, but also more stable and controllable than the combined catalyst MgCl_2/ citric acid. ATS can solve and prevent some problems such as unstable colour paste,strength loss,and poor compatibility with an ionic synthetic thickener PTF produced by MgCl_2/citric acid.
