本文介绍了用DK-884低温快固型涂料印花粘合剂的应用情况,分析了印花糊各组分、涂料、色浆、尿素、粘合剂、交联剂、催化剂的用量,以及增稠剂的种类、焙烘温度对印花牢度的影响。结果证明该粘合剂在低温全水相印花工艺中,各项牢度都能达到国家标准。

The author introduces the application of low temperature - rapid curing binder DK-884 for pigment printing and also analyses the dosage composition of colour paste, urea, binder, crosslinking agents and catalysts and other factors such as various kinds of thickeners, the curing temperature which may influence the colourfastness. The results show that when DK-884 is used in low temperature water phase printing process, the colourfastness can reach 'the national standard.
