摘要
通过选择6个代表性亲本,采用性状互补原则,配制5个组合,对不同世代的早熟性、丰产性进行基因效应分析。结果表明:不同遗传背景下加性效应是最基本的,但显性效应和上位效应也存在,因此对早代中选材料进一步鉴定选择是必不可少的。
Selecting six representative parents, using the principle of complementarity traits, prepared five combinations of different generations of earliness, high yield, analysis of genetic effects. The results showed that： additive effect of genetic background is essential, but the dominant effect and position effect is also present, so the material selected for further identification of early generation selection is essential.
