摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,对河南省伏牛山16种野生食用菌中的铜、锰、锌微量元素进行检测。检测结果表明,在16种野生食用菌中,含锰量最高的是羊肚菌(19.70mg/100g);含铜量最高的是杵菌(10.45mg/100g);含锌较高的样品为杵菌(11.53mg/100g),牛肝菌(11.22mg/100g),美味牛肝菌(11.69mg/100g)。因此,野生食用菌中对人体有益的微量元素含量较高。
The flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(F AAS) was used in this study to detect content of Cu, Mn, Zn trace elements of the 16 species of wild-growing mushroom which were grown in Henan Funiu Mountain.The results showed that the content of Mn is the highest in the Morchella e sculenta (19.7 mg/100 g) a;The content of Cu is the highest in the Pestle fungi(10.45 mg/100g); Pestle fungi(11.53 mg/100 g), Boletus(11.22 mg/100 g)and Boletus edulis Bull (11.69 mg/100 g) contain higher Zn; The content of trace elements in these wild-growing mushroom are high.
