MicroRNA调控干细胞成骨分化的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 干细胞的成骨分化对于骨的发育重建至关重要。除了经典的遗传学和表观遗传学的调控之外,越来越多的研究表明microRNA也在这一过程中发挥着重要的作用。microRNA是一类内源性的非编码RNA,能够通过与靶mRNA特异性的结合而导致其降解或抑制其翻译,从而对基因进行转录后调控。本文就microRNA在成体干细胞成骨方向分化中的调控作用做一综述。
