摘要
校长培训属于教育活动,富有教育价值。不同历史发展阶段,校长培训价值取向呈现出差异性。本文立足于教育基本价值,探析了我国校长培训价值取向的历史演变,并对实践性价值取向进行了合理性分析,对校长培训理论研究具有一定价值。
Principal Training is an education activity with a great educational value. In different historical stages, there appear some differences on the value orientation of principal training. With the basis of educational value ,this article mainly analyses the his- torical development of the value orientation of principal training in China, and the rationality of the values of practical orientation are ex- plored also.
