摘要
大学生成才教育应让学生"成为最好的自己"。然而,自我迷失、可能性萎缩、价值失落使大学生从独一无二的自己走向庸庸碌碌的大众。传记的固有特性决定了它可以成为大学生自我实现的精神养分。基于传记的大学生成才教育应尊重学生个性化的选择与解读,但更重要的是用所学的东西来思考自己的人生,让传记精神在生活中践行。
The Well- educated Education for college students should enable the students to "be the best of whatever they are". However, ' self- losing' , recession of one' s possibility and Value - Losing lets the unique oneself in the universe trend to mediocre populace. The biography had decided by its unique nature that it might become the energetic nutrient of becoming talent for the college students. The education of becoming talent for college students based on the biography should respect the personalized biography choice and the biography explanation of the students. However, it is most important to think about what their life with what they have learned and let the spirit of biography practice in life
