摘要
校本教研是把学校的教育实践过程变成一种研究的过程,实现教育理论与教育实践的双向构建,教师的专业发展是其核心。它是以教师作为实践的主体,它对教师的素质提出了较高的要求,也为教师的专业成长提供了很好的平台。
The school - based teaching and research is such a process that turns the educational practice into educational research. The professional development of teachers is the core to achieve the two - way construction between the education theory and educational practice ,which means the teacher is the most important school- related factor influencing student achievements ,so it is critical to pay close attention to how to train and support both new and experienced educators.
