摘要
新课程理念为教师角色的转换与发展提供了良好的契机和条件,让传统的教师角色发生变化,并且适应新的角色,使教师成为学生学习的促进者、教育教学的研究者、课程的建设者和开发者。给学生创造了一种民主、和谐、轻松、愉快的学习氛围,让学生形成自主、合作、探究的学习方式,从而真正确立"以学生为本"的教育理念。
The new curriculum ideas for teachers role in the transformation and development provided a good opportunity and con- ditions ,let the traditional teacher~ role changes ,and adapt to the new role, so that teachers become students of the facilitator,education researchers ,course builders and developers. To the students to create a democratic ,harmonious ,easy and pleasant atmosphere for learn- ing, enable students to form independent, cooperation, and explore ways of learning to their students to create a democratic, harmonious, easy and pleasant atmosphere for learning,thus truly establishing "a student- oriented" education philosophy.
