Superficial Research on Strategies to Prevent and Eliminate Instability in Rural Areas

农业、农村、农民问题是关系党和国家工作全局的根本性问题。农业丰,则基础牢;农村稳,则社会安;农民富,则国家昌。然而,近年来,随着我国农村改革的不断深入和经济的快速发展,各种利益关系进一步自我调整,一些深层次的矛盾日益显露出来。各种利益关系趋于复杂,社会矛盾多发,维护农村稳定的任务艰巨。因此,提高认识、查明原因、探讨化解矛盾的对策,成为促进农村改革发展稳定的迫切要求。

Issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers have a significant bearing on the overall situation of the work of party and state. Thriving agriculture constitutes a solid foundation of the state; rural stability underlies social security; whereas well - off farmers account for the prosperity of the nation. In recent years ,however,with the ever- deepening rural reform and blistering pace of economic development, various kinds of interest relations have been subject to further self- adjustment, giving rise to a series of deep - seated contradictions which begin to manifest themselves day by day. Complication of interest relations and outbreaks of social contra- dictions make it an arduous task to maintain stability in rural areas. Therefore, enhancing awareness,locating eanses and exploring strat- egies to solve contradictions become the urgent requirement for promoting the reform and development of rural areas.
